"Cute Spot, But a Little Rushed"
It’s a really cute place and I wanted to enjoy it more, but the whole experience felt kind of rushed. Like, what’s the point of going somewhere cozy if you feel like you need to hurry through it? Still nice overall, just wish it had been a bit more relaxed.

"Fun, but the layout felt all over the place"
The museum was cute and a few of the rooms were really fun to walk through, but the layout felt messy. We kept running into other groups and getting bunched up, especially in the tighter spots, which made it harder to enjoy. Some of the extra twists in the path felt unnecessary too. Overall, it wasn’t a bad visit, I just wish the flow had been easier to follow

"Fun visit, but the food options could be clearer"
I had a fun visit overall and enjoyed the experience, but for some reason the food options felt a little more limited than I expected. I don’t eat dairy, and while they did have a few alternatives, it wasn’t always obvious what was actually safe for me to order.
The staff were friendly and tried to help, which I appreciated, but I do wish the dietary info had been easier to find before booking. It wasn’t a bad experience at all, just one of those things that could definitely be improved.

"Super easy to get there"
Getting there was a breeze, honestly. The location was super convenient for us, easy to find, and close to a bunch of other places we wanted to check out. I was fully ready to complain if it was a hassle, but nope — it was actually really stress-free

"Cute for Photos, But Not Totally Worth the Energy"
The interactive exhibits were cute and definitely good for taking pictures. Some rooms were way more fun than others, especially the sprinkle pool, but a few felt kind of rushed and not that exciting. I felt like I wasted some energy walking through parts that didn’t really have much going on. Overall, it was enjoyable, just not as amazing as I expected for the price. It’s probably worth going once, especially with friends or kids, but I don’t think I’d rush back.

I went to the Museum of Ice Cream with my sister, i liked it more than I thought I would. I expected it to be a quick photo spot, but we ended up spending way more time there than planned.
The tickets aren’t exactly cheap, so I was a little unsure at first, but between all the picture spots, the fun rooms, and the ice cream, it felt reasonable in the end. The staff were also really friendly and didn’t make us feel rushed at all.
It’s definitely more of an interactive experience than a traditional museum, so as long as you go in expecting that, it’s a really fun way to spend an afternoon. I’d go again.

"We had such a nice visit…"
We had such a nice visit, mostly because the staff were so friendly and easygoing. Everyone was smiling, and they were happy to help us take photos without making it feel like a hassle. We also had a few questions, and they never rushed us or made us feel like we were bothering them. Just really nice people working there, and it made the whole experience feel relaxed...

"Getting tickets through Museum of Ice Cream..."
Getting tickets through Museum of Ice Cream was really easy. I just chose the date and time I wanted, paid, and the confirmation email showed up right away. There weren’t any confusing steps or random errors, which was a relief. The whole thing only took a few minutes, and I walked away feeling like it was a really smooth, stress-free experience.

I was surprised by how smoothly everything went because the lines kept moving fast, the rooms never felt packed or uncomfortable, and I didn’t have that usual feeling of being stuck in a crowd the whole time.

"Fun!!! But kinda too short..."
We went to the Museum of Ice Cream last weekend, it was really cute!!! Lots of bright, colorful rooms, fun little setups, and sooo many spots where you’re basically meant to stop and take pictures...
My only real complaint is that it felt short for what we paid!!! We weren’t rushing at all, stopped for photos, wandered around, took our time... and still ended up finishing way faster than I expected.
It’s definitely a fun one-time thing, especially if you’re going with kids or a group of friends!!! But I don’t think I’d be in a huge hurry to go back unless they added more rooms or just more stuff to actually do..

"Wait wasn’t what I was expecting"
I was prepared for a much longer wait based on what I’d been led to believe, so I felt a little misled. But in the end, the wait was short and I got in quicker than expected.

"Nice visit, if you can find a bathroom"
Overall, I had a fun time, so there’s that. The only annoying part was trying to find the restrooms, which apparently was more of a scavenger hunt than it needed to be. The staff seemed busy, so I didn’t want to bother them too much, but clearer signs would be a great idea. You know, just in case people need to use the bathroom without going on an adventure first.

We took our two kids and, to be fair, they had a really fun time in all the colorful rooms, especially the sprinkle pool. The staff was nice enough and it did feel safe and family-friendly. That said, it was crowded and felt a bit rushed, which made it tough with a stroller. It’s also a little pricey for what it is. Cute experience overall, but I’m not sure we’d go again.

"Rescheduling was easy, but the refund rules felt a little strict"
I had to move my booking because my plans changed last minute, and luckily the rescheduling part went totally fine. I was doing it while also trying to sort out dinner plans, so maybe I was already a little annoyed, but the refund policy still felt kind of strict to me. It worked out in the end, just wish there was a bit more flexibility.

"Really easy visit with good wheelchair access"
I went with my cousin who uses a wheelchair, and it was much easier than we expected. The staff were helpful without making a big deal out of it, the elevator was easy to find, and they gave us space and time when some rooms got crowded. The bathrooms were accessible too, which made the visit a lot less stressful. A few spots did get busy, so it wasn’t totally perfect, but overall they handled it really well. I actually mentioned it to a friend afterward because I’d feel comfortable recommending it to anyone going with someone who needs wheelchair access.

"Accidentally spent way too long in the gift shop"
I went in thinking the museum would be the main thing, but the gift shop kind of stole my attention. There was so much cute stuff everywhere, especially all the pink merch, shirts, mugs, and little gifts that didn’t feel like the usual boring souvenir items.
The prices were about what I expected for a place like this, but the quality actually seemed solid. The staff was friendly and let us browse without hovering, which I appreciated. Anyway, then I blacked out and bought gifts for friends and a hoodie for myself. No regrets, I love it

"Pretty nice and cool inside"
I went on a fairly warm day, and the temperature inside felt about perfect. It wasn’t too cold or stuffy, just comfortable enough the whole time I was there. It made walking around and taking photos a lot more enjoyable. I’d definitely go back

"Super Cute Spot for Photos"
I went with some friends and we sorta took way too many pics lol. Every room had fun colors and cute little setups, so it was hard not to stop everywhere. It’s a really good place if you want some fun photos and memories.

That said, the cleanliness was hit or miss. Some areas looked fine, but a few floors felt sticky, the bathroom could’ve used more attention, and the sprinkle pool made me wonder how often it actually gets deep cleaned.
It wasn’t a terrible experience, but for the price, I expected it to feel a little fresher. I’d maybe go back, but only if they stepped up the cleaning a bit.

"Fun site, but I kind of wanted more"
I checked out the Museum of Ice Cream site and it was fun to browse. There are some cute little bits about ice cream and creativity, and it’s easy to read without feeling too heavy. That said, I did start to feel a little trapped in the surface-level stuff after a while, like I wanted to click into something deeper but there just wasn’t much more there. Still a nice quick visit, but I wish they had added a bit more detail.
